How It Works

1. Choose your plan and check out

Pick Basic Shield, Privacy Pro or the Formation Package and pay securely online. It takes about two minutes.

2. Tell us about your entity

After payment you go straight to a short order form: entity name, file number, whether you are switching agents or forming new, and your authorization for us to act as your registered agent.

3. We file and confirm

If you are switching agents, we prepare and file the change of registered agent with the Texas Secretary of State, with the $15 state fee covered. If you are forming, we prepare your certificate of formation for your review before we submit it. We confirm by email once it is filed.

4. We receive, scan and alert

When a lawsuit, subpoena or state notice arrives at our Cedar Park office, we log it, scan it and alert you promptly. Your documents are available in your secure client portal.

5. We keep you compliant

We remind you ahead of key Texas deadlines, including the annual franchise tax and Public Information Report due May 15, so your entity stays in good standing.
