This website and the registered agent and entity formation services described on it are operated by StratElite Holdings LLC, d/b/a Texas Registered Agent Hub, 202 Walton Way, Suite 192, Cedar Park, TX 78613 (“Texas Registered Agent Hub,” “we,” “us”). 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us when you request information, purchase a service, appoint us as registered agent, or use our client portal: your name, email, phone number, mailing address, business entity name, entity type, Texas Secretary of State file number, ownership and management information needed for a formation filing, and payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers). As your registered agent we also receive service of process, state notices and other official correspondence addressed to your entity. We automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide registered agent service, file formation and state documents, receive and deliver service of process and state correspondence, send compliance reminders, process payments, operate your client portal account, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations.

4. How We Protect Information

Documents received on your behalf are logged on receipt, scanned and delivered through your secure client portal. We use access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access to protect your information.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services: with the Texas Secretary of State and other government agencies for filings you request, with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, client portal, email and hosting) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information shared with third parties.

6. SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How you opt in: You choose to receive text messages from Texas Registered Agent Hub by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our Text Updates page (texasregisteredagenthub.com/text-updates) or on our order forms. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.

If you opt in to text messages, we send transactional and customer care messages about your account, including service of process and state notice alerts, compliance deadline reminders, filing status updates, and document requests. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for SMS terms.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Retention

We keep account records, service of process logs and filing records for as long as you are a client and afterward as required for legal, tax and audit purposes.

9. Client Portal Records

Scanned documents and notices in your client portal remain available to you while your account is active. Download any records you wish to keep before closing your account.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law or to continue serving as your registered agent. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP and out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
