Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of texasregisteredagenthub.com and the services of StratElite Holdings LLC, d/b/a Texas Registered Agent Hub, 202 Walton Way, Suite 192, Cedar Park, TX 78613 (“we,” “us”). By purchasing a service or using this site you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We serve as registered agent and registered office for Texas entities, receive service of process and official state correspondence on your behalf, scan and deliver those documents through your client portal, prepare and file entity formation and related state filings you order, and provide compliance reminders.
2. Not Legal or Tax Advice
Texas Registered Agent Hub is not a law firm and is not affiliated with the Texas Secretary of State or any government agency. We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice and do not represent you in any legal proceeding. Consult an attorney or tax professional for advice about your specific situation.
3. Appointment and Consent
When you purchase registered agent service and provide accurate entity information, you appoint us as your registered agent, and we consent to serve in that capacity under Texas law. You are responsible for filing, or authorizing us to file, the documents that name us as your registered agent with the Texas Secretary of State.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate and current contact and entity information, keep your client portal email current, review documents we deliver promptly, and remain solely responsible for responding to legal process, paying taxes and fees, and keeping your entity in good standing with the State of Texas, including filing the annual franchise tax report and Public Information Report.
5. Document Handling
Service of process and state correspondence are accepted during posted business hours, logged on receipt, scanned and delivered to your client portal with an email alert, normally the same business day. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, email filtering or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Privacy Pro Business Address
Privacy Pro includes use of our commercial address (Suite 192) as your registered office and business address, with mail handling provided through Proxy Mailbox, a service of StratElite Holdings LLC. Receiving general mail at this address requires a completed USPS Form 1583 with valid identification and is subject to the Proxy Mailbox services agreement and fee schedule.
7. Fees, Renewal and Cancellation
Annual services are billed in advance and renew automatically each year at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@texasregisteredagenthub.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid for the current term are not refunded. If you cancel registered agent service, you must file a change of registered agent with the Texas Secretary of State; we may resign as agent as permitted by Texas law. One-time formation and filing services include the Texas state filing fee where stated and are non-refundable once submitted to the State.
8. SMS Terms
Program name: Texas Registered Agent Hub Customer Care. If you opt in, you will receive transactional and customer care text messages, including service of process and state notice alerts, compliance deadline reminders, filing status updates, document requests and customer service replies. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or email support@texasregisteredagenthub.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and to opt in to text messages. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including default judgments or loss of good standing resulting from your failure to act on documents we delivered.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute lies in Williamson County, Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
